Heat styling appliances can raise hair temperature to damaging temperatures and protein in hair start degrading at 140°C. Dove Shampoo Heat Defence Shampoo has a MICRO MOISTURE SERUM which creates a shield around the hair fibre to help protect it against the high temperatures of heat styling without weighing it down.
