Was very impressed at prompt delivery, however, I found that the guarantee, the cover for the heads and brush for cleaning were all missing. Phoned to advise about this one week ago and am still waiting for these to be delivered to me.

Shaver is fine, and a good price and fast service from Gordon's Direct - but I had to ring Remington as the pack came with a soft case but no head protector or cleaning brush. Remington willingly sent these to me but it seems odd a tel call was necessary. (Posted on 02/04/2012)

Have'nt used an electric shaver for years, too heavy a growth for shave to last all day. Growth less now but shave lasts well and quicker than a wet shave which I still have on alternate days.
