Covid-19 - How we're operating
We're pleased to be able to accept and process online orders at this time. We appreciate that at the present time you're relying on us to provide the everyday essentials and healthcare items that you need.
Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, please note that our online ordering processes are restricted in a number of ways. Delivery timeframes will be longer than you would typically expect, and we are imposing a maximum limit of 3 units of the same item, per order.
Right now, our priority is to be able to deliver essential goods to those who need them. For this reason, orders containing items of a non-essential nature may be subject to delay.
At present we are unable to offer express delivery. All orders will be processed as quickly as we can, and we aim to be able to have these delivered within 10 working days. This may not be achievable however; please accept that during this time orders may be subject to delay.
Maximum Order Quantities
Our intention in accepting orders for home delivery is to ensure that we can provide the public with a range of essential goods - particularly those among us who are less able to visit a store.
In order to ensure that as many of our customers as possible are able to purchase the goods that they need, we're taking the following steps:
- Please note that the sale of a number of items will be restricted to limited quantities.
- We may be required to amend orders by reducing the quantity of certain items purchased.
- We may not be able to fulfil all orders; or orders may be fulfilled with certain items missing.
- Where we believe that items have been purchased from us for re-sell, these orders will be cancelled.
Like-for-Like Replacement of Goods
We're working extremely hard to source stock of the essential items our customers and patients require.
At present the supply chain for these items is uncertain.
As a result of this, we may be required to substitute stock for a similar item.
For example, if you order a handwash made by Brand A, you may receive a similar item from Brand B.
In this event, we will of course try to ensure that pack sizes are the same, and that in the event of a price difference you will be refunded the difference.
Our website is operational only to provide a service that we believe our customers need. We appreciate that these Order Restrictions are unusual, and we wouldn't be happy to provide this standard of service under normal conditions. We're taking these steps to ensure that our customers - particularly those who need it most - are able to get the items they require during this outbreak.
